Anugerah Saintifik’s Application and Technical Team, represented by Hidayah and Mr. Hylmie, conducted a user training session for the ERBA Laura XL analyzer at the Biochemistry Unit, Hospital Ampang. The training involved two morning sessions and one in the afternoon, attended by medical doctors, houseman doctors, and laboratory staff.
The session covered a comprehensive overview of the analyzer, including sample processing for both chemistry and sedimentation, maintenance protocols, and hands-on operation with real patient samples. Participants expressed positive feedback, particularly on the clarity of the sedimentation imaging. The training concluded with a Q&A and a successful competency assessment for all participants.
