The Laura XL Analyzer training sessions, held in two parts, were highly interactive, with participants actively engaging and asking insightful questions. The training focused on microbiology reporting with five parameters, simplifying processes and minimizing reclassification concerns. Users were briefed on exclusion criteria for unsatisfactory urine samples, such as highly turbid, viscous, or strongly colored samples, which will undergo macroscopic evaluation only.
The hands-on sessions demonstrated the analyzer's advantages, leading to high user satisfaction. Day 2 will focus on practical applications as per the schedule. Hardcopies of materials will be distributed this week, and competency tests conducted via Google Forms will grant certifications automatically to successful participants. Online CME sessions, as requested, will be planned soon.
